Isabella County Trial Court
Community Service
It is your responsibility to complete the required number of community service hours by the established completion date. You find your own place or places to complete community service. It does not have to be in Isabella County, but it must be a Non-Profit Organization or Government Agency.
You must complete the registration form, sign the waiver and return both prior to starting community service.
You must keep a separate timesheet for each location where you perform community service. This timesheet must be completed correctly, including your information, the name and address of the location and the name and phone number of the supervisor. When complete, it must be signed by a supervisor before it is submitted.
Upon completion of community service hours please return the completed, with all the required information, and signed timesheet(s) to:
