Public Defender Office On-Premise Digital PBX Solution

Isabella County issues this Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) to solicit proposals from qualified professional firms for the provision of the Isabella County Public Defender Office (“PDO”) On-Premise Digital PBX Solution. The County intends to enter into an agreement with the chosen firm for the PDO On-Premise Digital PBX Solution. The County desires a new phone system for the PDO using either PRI or SIP technology.
