Request For Proposals

In partnership with other governmental agencies, Isabella County is a participant in the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN), an e-Procurement system.

Isabella County accepts bids for prosals as needed. Responsive proposals will be evaluated strictly in accordance with the requirements stated in this solicitation and any addenda issued. The evaluation of proposals shall be accomplished by an evaluation team, to be designated by the County, which will determine the ranking of the proposals.

All proposals received by the stated deadline will be reviewed by the Project Administrator to ensure that the Contractors meet the minimum requirements to perform the work requested and that proposals contain all of the required information requested in the RFP. Only responsive proposals that meet the requirements will be forwarded to the evaluation team for further review. Any Contractor that does not meet the stated qualifications or any proposal that does not contain all of the required information will be rejected as non-responsive.

Seasonal Snow Removal Request for Bids

Isabella County is accepting bids from experienced and knowledgeable individuals / contractors able to perform seasonal snow removal services for the following locations:

  • QUOTE #1   County Building, Sheriff Department, & Commission on Aging
  • QUOTE #2   Day Treatment, E911/State Police Post, Eight Cap, & CMDHD
  • QUOTE #3   Animal Control Shelter, Ten Sixteen Detoxification Center, & Material Recovery Facility

Isabella County Request for Re-Bids for Emergency Drain Repair Project

Isabella County issues this Request for Re-Bids (the “RFB”) to solicit bids from qualified professional firms for the provision of emergency drain repair. The County intends to enter into an agreement with the chosen firm for emergency drain repair projects. The County desires sites to be restored to stable conditions for 3 separate projects.

Because there was a short turn-around on the Re-Bid notice of Letting and the first site-showing, for the re-bid sites, we are going to have a second site-showing for the Re-Bid sites (IS02, IS02a and IS04). It will be Friday, October 12, 2018 at 10:00 am. We will meet in the NW corner of the Mt. Pleasant Meijer store parking lot at 10:00 am. 1094 North Mission Street, Mt. Pleasant, MI. Departure to Tice Drain sites will be promptly at 10:05 am.
