General Summary:
Under the supervision of the Director of the Commission on Aging, manages the In-Home Services Program, which includes: supervising staff, drafting and monitoring program budget, preparing and managing grants and other funding sources, developing program goals, objectives, and the operating plans, making presentations, and fulfilling the administrative requirements of the program.
