Caregiver Trainer - Contract Position

Isabella County Commission on Aging

General Summary:
Under the supervision of the In-Home Services Coordinator of the Commission on Aging manages the Caregiver Trainer Program. Responsible for providing resources for caregivers and care recipients, supervising a monthly Support Group and organizing a Spring and Fall training for professional and personal caregivers of Isabella County and the surrounding communities.
