General Summary:
Under the supervision of the Director of the Commission on Aging, manages a major program area of the agency such as Nutrition, In-Home Services, Foster Grandparent, and monitoring the budget, preparing and managing grants and other funding sources, developing program goals, objective abd the operating plans, making presentations, and fulfilling the administrative requirements of the designated program area.
