In-Home Services Program Coordinator

Under the supervision of the Director of the Commission on Aging, manages the In-Home Services Program, which includes: supervising staff, drafting and monitoring program budget, preparing and managing grants and other funding sources, developing program goals, objectives, and the operating plans, making presentations, and fulfilling the administrative requirements of the program.

General Summary:
Under the supervision of the Director of the Commission on Aging, reviews and maintains the financial records of the Agency including the ledgers for the various grants and funding sources, receipts journal, payroll journal, disbursements journal, and related records. Processes and maintains records of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Maintains and balances a number of accounts, coordinates the bookkeeping activities with the data processing system, prepares financial summaries, and makes financial transmittals and disbursements.
